WebMy phone was been stuck on the fastboot screen and +1 (powered by Android) screen. When I hold down the power and volume down buttons it takes me into Cyanogen Recovery. When I select "reboot system now" or "wipe data/factory reset" it doesn't reboot the system nor wipe data/factory reset. I just get taken back to the +1 powered by Android screen.
